Our policy
To make a return or to change products, please contact us via email at info@omertathecode.com. You have the right to return the product (s) within 14 days.
The product (s) must be in excellent condition, not used, worn or in any condition other than their original condition.
Returned products must be properly packaged so that they are not damaged during transport. These shipments are made at the expense of our company, as long as the changes of the same order do not exceed 1 time.
In case you choose another transport company, you will bear the costs. The refund takes up to 14 working days from the receipt of the products from the e-Shop and the beneficiary must be the customer to whom the order has been placed.
